Your first visit is a consultation with PostureIQ™. It is a $251 value, complimentary for new patients. You are heard, and your posture is measured.

Answer a few quick questions, pick a time that works for you, and send a consultation request. It is not booked yet. A member of our team will call you, usually within one business day, to confirm the time and to make sure this visit is right for you.

Plan to stay for your assessment. If the consultation shows you are a candidate for care, we typically do your full NeuroStructural Assessment right after it, in the same visit: the nerve scans and, if indicated, digital and motion X-rays ($605). You come back once more, for your Report of Findings.

what to expect

Two visits, not three.

You could come in for a consultation, leave, come back for testing, leave, and come back again for a report. We would rather not ask that of you.

So if the consultation shows you are a candidate for care, your NeuroStructural Assessment happens right after it, the same day. Then you come back once, for your Report of Findings.

    NeuroStructural Assessment, $605.

    If you are a candidate for care: the nerve scans and, if indicated, digital and motion X-rays, right after the consultation, so you don't make a separate trip for testing.

  • Visit two
    Report of Findings.

    Dr. Lazar walks you through your own scans, in plain words. If care is recommended, you see the plan and its cost in writing before you decide anything.
