Patient Outreach Coordinator
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- Follow a written follow-up plan by phone, text and voicemail.
- Book first visits and confirm each one.
- Log every call and its outcome in our CRM.
- Review a few recorded calls each week with your coach.
You're a fit if
- Phone experience in appointment setting, inside sales, a call center, hospitality or a front desk.
- You sound warm and direct, and you listen more than you talk.
- You like a daily scoreboard and you take coaching well.
- You show up on time and follow a process.
- You can protect patient privacy. HIPAA training is provided.
