what it is

Measure first. Then decide.

Most tests look for disease or damage. When they find none, the answer is “normal,” and how your nervous system is regulating your body is never asked about. The NeuroStructural Assessment measures it, with Dr. Jonathan Lazar, D.C., or someone personally trained by him.

  • The PostureIQ posture scale: a standing platform with two weight plates, a measuring column, and a screen showing the difference between left and right

    Posture

PostureIQ™ measures how your body shifts under gravity, down to the millimeter.

  • The INSiGHT neuroTHERMAL scanner

    Nerve function

Three INSiGHT nerve scans read how your nervous system is regulating your body, each explained to you in plain words.

  • Sample spinal chart along the spine, C1 to S1, from a scan report

    Motion

Digital and motion X-rays, if indicated, show which vertebrae are locked in a stressed position.

Your Day 1 visit, step by step

  1. Consultation with PostureIQ™

You are heard, in your own words, and your posture is measured. Complimentary for new patients.

  2. NeuroStructural Assessment, the same visit

If you are a candidate for care: the nerve scans and, if indicated, digital and motion X-rays. Normally $605, no charge for a Day 1 visit during Clarity Week. Medicare and Medicaid plans aren't eligible.

  3. Report of Findings, a second visit

Dr. Lazar or someone personally trained by him will go over your scans with you, in plain words. If Dr. Lazar finds you need a plan of care, you see the plan and its cost in writing before you decide anything.

A sample report (name and dates removed). You see your own numbers, explained in plain words.

If we can help, we'll tell you. If we can't, we'll help you find someone who can.

Your scans are decision support, not a diagnosis. We're an out-of-network, self-pay practice.

Clarity before change.

the lazar method™

The same order, every time.

Your Day 1 visit is the first step of The Lazar Method™: measure, identify, clarify, correct, restore. Nothing is described that hasn't been measured, and nothing about care is decided before it has been made clear to you.

  1. Measure
  2. Identify
  3. Clarify
  4. Correct
  5. Restore
